All rates apply for 1-9 people. If you are more than 9, ask us the rates

Utility costs : according to the meters; we ask a deposit of 200€

Payment :
A down payment of 500 € is required when you make your reservation. Upon receipt of this payment, your reservation will be confirmed.
The remainder (rental fee, cleaning charges and deposit for breakages and utility costs) is due from 2 to 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
