Week-end rate (from Friday night to Sunday afternoon) :
1 – 9 people : 900 €
Weekly rate, low season (from Saturday noon to Saterday noon) :
1 – 9 people : 1100 €
Weekly rate, high season (school holidays) :
1 – 9 people : 1.300 €
Long week-end or bank holiday (3 nights) :
1 – 9 people : 1.100 €
Christmas or New Year break (3 nights) : 2000 €
Utility costs : according to the meters
Cleaning charges : 120 €
(Returnable) deposit for breakages and utility costs : 300,00 €
Paiement :
A deposit of 500 € is required when you make your reservation. Upon receipt of the deposit, your reservation will be confirmed.
The remainder (location, cleaning charges and deposit for breakages and utility costs) is due from 2 to 3 weeks prior tor your arrival.
